Job Description

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! This individual will be a part of the Broadridge Global Marketing team and will support the Broadridge Wealth business. The role will have a focus on product marketing and will be responsible for a broad range of marketing responsibilities, primarily involving value proposition development and product marketing.

The capability to work closely with stakeholders to create compelling marketing content and assets such as marketing materials, videos, webinars and customer stories is key. The successful candidate will also be able to activate these assets in a way that builds customer and prospect engagement in an appealing way that builds our Wealth Technology brand.

This role needs a data-driven, ambitious, self-starter who is happy to step into the gap and get involved. It also involves content creation, campaign marketing, digital and social media, sales enablement, budget planning and management, and general marketing communications. The role collaborates with and provides support to the Vice President of Wealth Component Marketing, Broadridge Wealth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development of compelling, differentiating value propositions, positioning, and content and events at the product and segment level for Broadridge Wealth-related businesses, products and solutions
  • Create and drive compelling marketing strategy and campaigns for Broadridge Wealth component products from concept to execution and analysis
  • Become a subject matter expert in specific products with a view to driving stakeholder engagement in a confident and authoritative way
  • Own the management, deliverables and reporting of marketing materials for the Wealth Component set
  • Help build impactful, on-brand marketing communications, including sales communications, emails, newsletters, social media posts, webinars, and other thought leadership content
  • Manage campaigns – track budget and invoices accurately. Leverage existing Broadridge Marketing capabilities (Eloqua, EveryoneSocial, etc.) to raise brand awareness through various campaigns, supervising the success of each campaign
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and collaborate with other marketing team members to optimally scale the Broadridge Wealth presence by maximizing the impact of other Broadridge marketing activities

Qualifications

  • BA Degree (preferably with a concentration in marketing)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing/digital marketing/field marketing, preferably in the finance or technology industry
  • Experience in copywriting, digital delivery, agency relations, collateral creation (partnership with Brand/Design), stakeholder management, and webinars/events
  • Experience as a multi-channel marketer with a strong digital bias, adept with the modern marketing ecosystem and marketing technology platforms.
  • B2B marketing experience in a SaaS technology and services environment, preferably within a fintech/wealthtech company or a broker-dealer, investment bank, prime broker, or other financial services firm that serves institutional clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple business and sales stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize work very efficiently in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed work environment

Requirements

  • Work as part of a global team, ie must communicate across time zones
  • Located in NYC but can be located in other Broadridge locations
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed

Salary range $105,000.00- $115,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
