Meet The Team

Dexcom is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for building a world-class, purpose-driven brand marketing that helps Health Care Practitioners (HCP ) s empower their patients with diabetes to take control of their health . The HCP Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering innovative marketing programs and initiatives that drive growth and strengthen our global market position. Where You Come In

  • You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of HCP demand generation strategies for the Dexcom G-Series brands globally.
  • You will develop, execute, and monitor innovative personal and non-personal marketing programs and initiatives that align to strategic priorities and objectives.
  • You will build a strong communication plans and resources (digital and print) to support commercial field sales teams to drive success including sales support materials and plans of action (POA).
  • You will manage integrated marketing initiatives, including and in collaboration with external and internal partners.
  • Non-called on HCPs programming will be a core area of focus with a drive to advanced digital programs to generate demand. You will be involved in significant collaboration with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales operations, finance, analytics, IT, sales leadership as well as vendors and creative agencies.
  • You will work as part of a dynamic, high functioning, and cross collaborative team to ensure awareness and alignment across the organization.
  • You will manage branding with the events team to execute impactful healthcare provider events that build excitement and awareness of Dexcom brand.
  • You will assist in the development of global HCP marketing efforts to enable our regional marketing teams.
  • You will provide executional tracking, reporting, learning & best practices, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • You will manage marketing budget tracking and reporting.
  • You will manage the formal medical, legal and regulatory process to ensure all marketing tactics are compliant and aligned with our standards and guidelines.
  • You will obsess over the HCP experience and their journey across all touch points to ensure marketing is appropriately infused to delight both prospects and existing customers.
  • You will partner with other functions, external agencies, and business partners to leverage all connection points and drive toward shared business goals.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leadership, product management, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, legal and other departments as appropriate to develop strategies and manage the marketing programs.

Travel Required

  • 15-25%

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
