DescriptionAbout Us:
UKG is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our New Logo (NL) sales team by helping to build and execute integrated field campaigns that include in-person events and virtual experiences to create net new sales opportunities, accelerate opportunities, and nurture existing relationships. This position will work closely with other field marketers, the NL sales team, the demand gen team, and field services to create complementary marketing programs that align to field and corporate resources.

You’re an ideal candidate if you’re a sales-focused, strategic thinker with events background that can manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute top tier Field Marketing Events for the New Logo Sales Team
  • Gather information and understand requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  • Do final checks pre-event to ensure everything meets standards
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate the event’s success and submit recommendations for future events
  • Build relationships with the New Logo Sales Team and Management, providing comprehensive reporting pre- and post-event
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment throughout field marketing activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt event strategies as needed
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Sales Leaders, NL BDRs, and Sales Admins to ensure all Teams have proper Event reporting, process alignment, and training
  • Own the data—measure, analyze, and report on field marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and influence, to evaluate marketing effectiveness, sales participation, and return on investment
  • Help to build positive, collaborative relationships with the Sales, BDRs, and Demand Program Managers
  • Utilize repeatable processes for field marketing activities and follow-up by sales

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS Marketing preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and programs to ensure overall progress
  • Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong metrics orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • Operates with integrity without compromise

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Business to Business software lead generation experience in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years experience with Booking venues and schedule speakers for corporate events
  • Prior experience negotiates with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Prior experience managing all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
