Marketing Strategy Senior Associate

Job Description

The Marketing Strategy Sr Associate within the Customer Marketing Execution group manages marketing campaigns to prospective and existing Chase customers. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities

This role will be responsible for managing execution of multi-channel (email, direct mail, digital) marketing campaigns. You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to deliver end-to-end execution of campaigns. You will design the campaign in support of the marketing strategy and will own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals and documentation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years direct marketing experience including developing and deploying marketing campaigns, project coordination or similar experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others.

  • Be a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Work in a regulated industry and promote a strong controls environment, adhering to risk/control procedures and understanding their impact on marketing campaign management
  • Leverage insights from campaign analytics and effectively summarize marketing performance highlights
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.
