Summary :
Develops, coordinates and monitors comprehensive marketing strategies for Medicare product line. Mentors, and in some cases manages other marketing associates and coordinators. Analyzes and evaluates Medicare marketing performance measures and outcomes and recommends changes to optimize SummaCare’s competitive position.

Formal Education Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field of study.

Experience & Training Required :

• 5-7 years performing same or similar responsibilities.
• Marketing experience in direct to consumer marketing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM.
• Experience in health insurance industry.

• Proven experience in new program development and “start-up” operations planning.

• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
