We are hiring a Sr Marketing Associate to join the Consumer Brands Omnichannel Marketing Team. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for building brands, for work that is both analytical and creative, for collaboratively leading and working with cross-functional team members and agency partners, and who can be a driving force to help our brands win with our consumers and customers. In this role, you will lead our shopper and incentives spend across all brands with a focus on driving e-commerce growth at our top customers. Sound exciting – then apply!

Responsibilities:

Long-Term Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of our annual omnichannel operating plan and long-term strategic growth plans through analysis of consumer trends, competitive intelligence, campaign performance insights and syndicated consumption data
  • Monitor campaign performance and overall business health against our internal and external KPIs/goals
  • Be the subject matter expert of our shopper and incentives spend and how it contributed to the overall brand and company goals
  • Identify test and learn opportunities with new agency partners and marketing tactics to stay at the forefront of the fast-paced e-commerce environment

Integrated Marketing

  • Be the voice of our consumer and champion of our brands; ensure consistency and standards across all activations
  • Collaborate with brand teams, agency partners, and sales teams on creation and execution of demand driving omni-channel marketing plans based on brand and customer goals
  • Develop and maintain internal and external brand materials, including customer-facing presentations, communication guides, and consumer-facing marketing assets

General Management

  • Support planning and manage tracking of shopper marketing and incentives budget across all brands and customers
  • Analyze and present data from across multiple sources to improve marketing spend efficiency, uncover insights, and champion change

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years’ experience in a marketing focused role

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Understanding of marketing strategic frameworks
  • Experience performing business analysis and synthesizing multiple sources of data into actionable insights and strategic implications
  • Project management skills including strong attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of general business principles, including effective analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and influence cross-functional teams, all levels of management, and external agency partners to deliver results
  • Consumer-first mindset
  • Passion and accountability to drive growth
  • Intellectually curious and adaptable “self-starter” with passion for fast-paced e-commerce space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Personal initiative and willingness to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment
