Your tasks

We are looking for a person, who is responsible for providing support in enabling global visibility of ECC’s activities. The role is responsible for creating, communicating, and delivering offerings that are aligned with the values and strategic objectives of the company. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of the global marketplace, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. The Marketing team connect with, and speak to, our customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Senior Specialist Marketing to develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with the company’s strategic objectives and values.
• Develop marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and events to target audiences.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral, that reflect the company’s brand messaging and identity.
• Manage the company’s social media channels, including creating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics to measure success.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, R&D, etc. to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Participate in market events/conferences and customer visiting/meeting where applicable.
• Enable the planning and coordination of global industry conferences and tradeshows.
• Build and develop knowledge of market and application markets by attending training and development opportunities.
• Enable the branding/awareness of the Sustainability Transformation and key projects, such as the introduction of our Biosurfactant portfolio

Convince us with:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, technical or Commercial
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (experience in the chemical industry preferred)
• high communication skills
• good analytical skills
• ability to work in a global crossfunctional environment
• very good MS office and BW skills
• ideally first experiences with CRM
