Description
Are you passionate about driving e-commerce growth? Join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of DTC. You will lead our paid acquisition team to develop the optimal growth strategy for Shopify brands, analyzing brand performance and implementing profitable growth strategies encompassing offer, creative, funnel, website, and channel optimization. Your success will be measured by the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, building lasting relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and coach our media buyers and client accounts, managing daily operations, audits, and performance analysis.
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that include projections, planning, and direction.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze client accounts to optimize contribution margin and drive growth.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative and CRO teams to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Performance Tracking: Ensure media buyers meet their monthly spending and growth targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands to 7-figures in monthly revenue.
- Mastery of at least one ad platform, with experience managing significant ad spend.
- Deep understanding of the DTC marketplace, including experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build systems and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
