We’re looking for a tenacious, strategic B2B marketer eager to make an impact on our inbound revenue marketing model. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing outbound revenue marketing programs. You will work closely with our Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our outreach, engagement, and increase lead conversion rates. This role requires the ability to create, follow, and improve on processes, attention to detail, creative problem solving abilities, and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing revenue marketing initiatives, including inbound lead qualification and routing.
  • Develop fluency in our CRMs (Hubspot) & Coffee, to create/manage workflow automations, manage data, and generate reports to track the effectiveness of various experiments and initiatives.
  • The role will help us shape and improve our outbound revenue marketing model, processes, and workflows in the effort to improve and enable our revenue generating efforts.
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills and be able to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Understand omni-channel campaigns. Have a good understanding of lead generation and email marketing best practices.
  • Partner and build a strong relationship with marketing and sales teams to improve our outreach and engagement and increase leads and conversion rates.
  • Support our database strategy and marketing tech stack as it evolves over time.
  • This position will execute and analyze A/B tests.
  • Hubspot maintenance, administration, and operational support.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Min. 3 years experience in B2B marketing role
  • Proficient in B2B email marketing concepts, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
  • Proficient in HubSpot (or a similar CRM)
  • Proficient in spreadsheet software Excel and Google sheets
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong drive for results and experimentation, driven to test new tactics, channels, and formats to drive results.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and take ownership of initiatives
  • Ability to quickly execute and monitor simultaneous projects with high visibility
  • Demand generation experience is a plus
  • Certifications in email marketing/automation tools, especially HubSpot
