Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY: The Representative assists in championing the customer journey experience across channels to achieve business goals. Understands digital and non-digital channel capabilities and supports the Manager in the development of the tactical needs that connect to the appropriate audiences.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication Planning

• Assist the Manager in the development and maintaining of messaging plans, Channel Briefs for audience segments.
• Will work hand-in-hand with the Project Management team to define tactical needs for campaigns.
• Input campaign tactical needs and requirements into Workfront for tactical development.
• Support Manager in prepping for project kickoff meetings, pulling references and ensuring project requests are up-to-date.

Communication Strategy

• Ensure all tactics connect back to business and campaign/program communication strategies.
• Be a part of Channel workshops, capture notes and provide next steps.

Tactical Reviews

• Review tactical creative within Workfront
• Share and gain alignment of tactics with stakeholders
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years’ prior hands-on experience in communication/campaign tactical planning. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
