Marketing Intern

Successful Marketing team interns should have a passion for marketing, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The Marketing intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.
The Marketing internship is a 12-week program that requires 10 hours of work each week. Department projects and staffing level may provide the opportunity to extend the internship for a longer period. Our program focuses on providing individuals with an opportunity to experience business-to-business marketing best practices. Marketing interns will gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing channels, CRM, and analytics. Specific project work will vary depending upon the time of year and the most critical needs of the team at the time.
As part of the team, you will:
- Monitor the Marketing Inbox and forward responses to the appropriate person
- Data cleanup and research in NetSuite and Zoominfo
- Export email performance reports from Marketo
- Monitor and pull gift card send reports
- Schedule social media posts via Hootsuite
- Monitor organic and paid social media posts for performance
- Assist with department PPC efforts
- Create and report on tracking links
- Contribute to email and landing page creation via Marketo and Knak
- Pull and create monthly organic and paid campaign metrics

Your Skillset:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Some experience in content creation, marketing automation platforms and/or sales CRM.
