Job Description
Korn Ferry Digital is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our Product Marketing operations. As a foundational member of our team, you will assist both the Director of Product Marketing Operations and our wider Product Marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and technology. You will be instrumental in auditing content, maintaining up-to-date marketing and sales tools, managing our SharePoint site, and coordinating customer stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team, providing support to the Director of Product Marketing Operations and team members.
- Conduct regular audits of marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevancy, proposing updates as needed.
- Develop and implement a systematic approach for updating and maintaining marketing and sales tools, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
- Build and maintain an organized SharePoint site, making it easy for sales and marketing personnel to find the most recent product marketing materials.
- Coordinate the collection and presentation of customer stories, working closely with sales and marketing to highlight success stories.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Product Marketing team and across departments to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range
$60,000.00 – $75,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
