Ibotta is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Product Marketing Specialist. In this role, you’ll conduct in-depth research, support our sales team with insightful data, and collaborate on marketing assets and product launches.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the market, customers, and buyers
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating launch events, creating launch materials, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Work closely with sales teams to create sales enablement materials, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams.
- Create marketing collateral, whitepapers, sales materials, and presentations.
- Work closely with design teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Ensure content aligns with overall brand and messaging strategies.

What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Salesforce, Highspot, and Hubspot preferred
- Strong understanding of G-Suite (Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
- Digitally savvy with the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- A focused and self-motivated attitude
- Extremely creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively present ideas.
Nice to have:
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) i.e: Higshpot, Seismic
- Experience with Trello or other project-management software
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment daily

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
- Base compensation range: $70,000 – $80,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
