Product Marketing Specialist

Office Based

Full-time position

Kaseya’s backup suite is a leader in the B2B data protection space, with a mission to ensure our client’s data and applications are always available, always secure. Kaseya is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help drive this mission. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, this position will be responsible for driving awareness, demand, and enablement for one or more data protection products.

Perhaps the most important function will be to grasp how our products can help potential Managed Service Provider (MSPs) and Internal IT buyers solve their data protection challenges and with that create compelling messages and content around our value proposition.

Responsibilities:

Product launch planning and execution
Working with Demand Generation to develop new customer lead generation plans
Working with Customers Marketing to develop cross-sell / upsell lead generation plans
Case study creation – including customer interviews and story writing
Sales team enablement
Asset creation and management
Lead magnets (ie, whitepapers, eBooks, surveys)
Campaign assets (ie, emails, website content)
Collateral (ie, datasheets)
Sales tools and enablement
Requirements:

5+ years of product marketing experience
Direct knowledge/experience with backup and disaster recovery
Familiarity with backup products like Veeam, Barracuda, Rubrik, N-Able Cove, Acronis, etc.
Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools (ie, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Salesforce)
Hands-on experience hosting external webinars and demonstrations, as well as internal presentations and sales training
Excellent project management skills to allow for timely planning, execution and reporting on multiple projects, and the ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Creativity and strategic thinking to test, rapidly iterate, and take calculated risks.
Establishing clear goals and measurements. Consistently aligns resources to goals; accepts mistakes and course corrects quickly. Demonstrated ability to leverage data (dashboards, organizational KPI’s) to drive ROI.
