Role Description
Join a fast-paced and growing marketing team! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and product management teams, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
Create positioning & messaging: help define and understand who our buyers are, what they care about, and what they need to make informed critical technology decisions.
Own customer communications for product releases, updates, and news.
Create compelling content and marketing collateral to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions.
Deliver Go-to-Market Strategy and Campaigns: Use insights on how to reach target customers across their journey to design go-to-market strategies that hit metrics across awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app).
Collect customer feedback through surveys, direct customer communications and beta groups, and use them to create user stories and case studies.
Conduct deep competitor research and create competitor comparison resources for marketing and sales.
Define and monitor product marketing key performance indicators to gauge initiatives/campaigns success.
What you’ll need:
2-3 years experience in product marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS
Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation, messaging, and manage experiments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hubspot experience
