Job Summary
Effectv, the sales division of Comcast Advertising, is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to amplify our client-facing products to the Sales and Sales Development organizations. There are 2 openings as follows: Market Retail supporting Atlantic and Southeast Regions (role must sit within a corresponding market) Market Retail supporting Central and Pacific Regions (role must sit within a corresponding market) You’ll be the voice of Product Marketing in the field, creating and leading workshops for sellers to develop and increase confidence in explaining our product positioning and multiscreen value proposition to clients. You’ll also be experts in guiding sellers to overcome competitive claims and explain the ever-changing TV ecosystem. Additionally, you will drive the product feedback loop from Sales and Sales Development as part of our Product Commercialization effort. This role is part of the Sales Development organization, reporting into the Senior Manager, Product Marketing and adhering to the goals of the SVP, Sales Development.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Amplify the voice of Product Marketing in Effectv regions, working closely with Product subject matter experts and related stakeholders to develop deep product knowledge. Products include but are not limited to: Audience Intelligence, Effectv Streaming, Audience Addressable, myEffectv / Campaign Reports, all IMPACT products, and BYOD.
  • Own the feedback loop for one or more client-facing products, serving as the connection point within the Product Commercialization effort, sharing all Sales / Sales Dev feedback and enhancement ideas with the associated product owner.
  • Create, train, and lead scenario-based workshops as extensions of Learning & Performance’s product education modules providing Sellers/Sales Dev with hands-on experience and confidence speaking about our products, capabilities, and overcoming competitive claims.
  • Own the role of Field Lead for one or more related stakeholder teams who work closely with Product Marketing (eg: Inventory/Yield, Ampersand, Affiliate, etc.)
  • Participate in all Product Marketing Team calls including weekly team updates, monthly Product Updates for Leaders, and quarterly Industry Trends Megadoses.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in California, Colorado, and Washington with a Pay Range of $58,640.85 – $122,168.45

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
