About The Role

The purpose of the Product Marketing Manager is to support go-to-market strategies and be our expert on our market, buyers, products and competitors.

This role will be directly responsible for establishing a thorough understanding of our ideal customers and key competitors, developing messaging and creating collateral, supporting the sales organization, and managing go-to-market strategies for product launches.

Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.Ideal Customer Profiles:

Define and maintain a deep understanding of our Buyer and User PersonaProduct Positioning and Messaging:

Create And Refine Product Positioning, Value Propositions, And Messaging That Resonate With Target Audiences And Customers And Differentiates Our Products In The Market.Pricing And Packaging

Partner with product to develop product pricing and packaging.Product Content and Collateral:

Produce high-quality product marketing materials such as how-to guides, videos, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.Feature Adoption and Stickiness : Support onboarding and product materials that engage users and drive feature adoption and stickinessTraining and Enablement:

Equip the sales, cs and marketing teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals. Develop sales kits, presentations, and competitive battle cards.Customer Engagement:

Work closely with the customer success team and community lead to understand customer needs and feedback. Identify and capture customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories.Market Analysis and Competitive Landscape : Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities, develop effective product positioning strategy and create battle cardsMetrics and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

5+ years in product marketing role (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong story tellerHighly-collaborative and enjoys working with and support a revenue team with collateral and training materialsProven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaignsAbility to translate product features into messaging and position to write and build materialsAgile Project Management: Takes an agile approach to project management and execution, focusing on faster, iterative cycles to deliver on-timePreferred Requirements
