We enable enterprises large and small to achieve their vision for factually accurate, customized language AI systems. Our customers use the Pointable platform to develop task-completing chat agents and behind-the-scenes document processing workflows. By leveraging our combined decades of experience building natural language processing systems, our platform allows customers to think about data sources and desired capabilities rather than implementation details.
About this Role
We’re seeking an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer to join our team as the first marketing hire. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders to develop messaging, sales materials, adoption strategies, and communication channels. If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation and have a keen interest in shaping the narrative around the latest advancements in RAG and LLM technologies, we invite you to be a driving force in our exciting journey. Our founding team has a unique mix of research, teaching and industry connections which you can leverage as you work closely with our founders to build our company brand and market presence.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging strategies that differentiate us in the market and resonate with our diverse customer base
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product guides, email campaigns, case studies, web pages, and blog posts that effectively communicate our value proposition and align with our go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with founders to drive pipeline growth through thought leadership content, email nurture campaigns, and other outbound assets
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive conversions
- Develop processes to scale go-to-market efforts across industries and customers
- Provide competitive insights to the team to inform our roadmap, identify industry trends and pursue strategic partnerships that enhance our market positioning and expand our reach
- Become a product subject matter expert, evangelist, and cross-functional leader to drive business results
What you’ll have
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- A passion for rapidly learning about the broader language AI space, coupled with a keen awareness of emerging industry trends surrounding LLMs and RAG technologies
- Ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across variety of channels
- Motivation to work collaboratively, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on their projects as needed
