COMPLY is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to guide go-to-market (GTM) execution for COMPLY’s vertical and product marketing strategies, including sales enablement/marketing content, integrated digital marketing campaigns, and thought leadership. This role will help create buyer journey mapping, product differentiation strategy, andown product launches, and, in collaboration with the communications and demand generation teams, translate these into content, sales toolkits, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
Product and market knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our product(s), how they function, and how the solutions deliver value to customers and buying personas.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to successfully launch new products
Positioning, messaging, and execution:
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with the target audience.
Research, build, and launch customer-driven positioning and messaging for current and future products, features, and integrations.
Programs and campaigns:
Partner with the growth marketing team to champion campaigns to drive new MQLs, pipelines, and bookings.
Initiate program briefs that support our lead gen, content, and social media efforts with value propositions and messaging that resonates with our target audience(s).
Marketing assets and content:
Own the creation of new marketing materials from start to finish (strategize, create, publish, and measure) including:
Interviewing customers and writing case studies.
Building sales enablement materials to supercharge the sales teams.
Hostingand presentingproduct webinars.
Creating videos that educate leads about our product and company.
Maintaining and updating the product sections on the COMPLY website.
Product Launch:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including messaging, positioning, and launch strategies for our products and integrations.
Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Stay up to date with:
Industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing.
Customer and market research to strengthen our personas, product hypotheses, and sales motions.
Key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of product marketing experience within the B2B software or SaaS industry.
Experience with writing new whitepapers, collateral, eBooks, datasheets, etc. in support of sales, CX, and demand generations teams.
Proven Product Marketing expertise, including positioning, messaging, curating ideal customer profile insights, launch strategy, and execution
Passion for storytelling and strong content creation with the ability to educate and inspire GTM teams.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills, with proven ability to simplify and articulate product and service offerings to diverse audiences.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods with highly developed skills in translating customer insights into compelling messages.
Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence others, and manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic environment.
BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or equivalent working experience; MBA is a plus.

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $90,000- $110,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
