The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our product marketing, content development, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy and marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional presentation abilities.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of the Flume solution.
Content Development: Create compelling content that effectively communicates the value propositions of our products, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and marketing collateral.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product enhancements and new features.
Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success, to formulate client strategies and pitches.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product strategy and marketing, preferably in the health tech SaaS industry, ideally with experience in data management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies and marketing campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Salary: $120k – $150k
