Position Summary

This is an exciting role for a product marketer who enjoys working across departments and with customers to write informative, motivating content for a highly technical audience.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Product Management to understand the product capabilities of HighByte Intelligence Hub and translate these features into business benefits that resonate with prospects, customers, and partners. You will create critical product messaging and collateral to be used for demand generation, sales enablement, and channel support. This role requires a talented marketer who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution.

Essential Functions

Work closely with the Chief Communications Officer on marketing strategy, semi-annual marketing plan, and meeting department Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Collaborate with Product Management to articulate the value of new product features and drive all marketing preparation for quarterly product releases.
Collaborate with direct and channel sellers to create sales enablement materials like sequences, presentations, solution briefs, and leave-behinds.
Support Customer Success by authoring content that helps drive renewals and expansion opportunities, including customer case studies.
Collaborate across departments with and support “better together” stories and assets with technology partners.
Write content for third-party publications and events that drives awareness, including editorial submissions, articles, and speaking opportunities.
Grow subscriber base by planning, sourcing, and editing new blog content.
Work with your Marketing teammates to create demand generation assets like white papers, eBooks, and guidebooks to help drive demand and meet quarterly MQL goals.
Work with third-party vendors to create multi-media content like GIFs, animated videos, executive interviews, and panel discussions that speak to different personas at different stages in the buyer’s journey.
Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns that support product demand on an ongoing basis, and report back to leadership on required changes.
Maintain, evolve, and educate internal stakeholders on HighByte buyer personas.
Monitor company, product, and market trends and share these insights with peers.
Monitor and understand the competitive landscape and how they are positioned.

Skills

Highly effective written communication skills, including editing and proofreading
Demonstrable project management skills and experience
Able to distill technical information into a compelling message
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications

Qualities

Comfortable working with a highly technical product and speaking to a highly technical audience
Process-oriented with great attention to detail
Intuitive, able to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
Curious, resourceful, and creative
Interested in cloud, analytics, and manufacturing technology products and trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience (industrial preferred)
