Our team operates fully remotely, spread across the continental US. We have a ‘home base’ in San Mateo, CA where we gather semi-regularly in person to build rapport, have fun, and engage in strategic working sessions. We have common interest groups, Donut Dates, peer recognition programs and a Culture Committee to make sure we connect as humans as well as co-workers. We believe in resting, focusing and recharging, which is why we have things like Open PTO and No Meeting Wednesdays.

Basic Role Details:

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial product marketer to help us bring new products, services, and the overall Azibo platform to market. As Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with product, sales, customer success, design, and the rest of the marketing team to launch and promote new features, collect and distill market and competitive intelligence for the team, and arm the sales team with the messages, insights, collateral, and tools they need to successfully sell Azibo software to property owners and managers nationwide. This role reports to our VP of Customer Operations.

Your Impact:

Create comprehensive and thorough go-to-market plans for new features, partnerships, and services.
Execute and manage execution of go-to-markets across all various stakeholders and cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, design, marketing).
Develop collateral (one sheets, website content, decks, sales tools etc) to promote Azibo’s products and services and arm the sales team.
Coordinate and conduct internal training sessions to train the sales and customer success teams on new products and services.
Coordinate or conduct webinars to promote and train prospects and customers on new Azibo products and features.
Research, synthesize, maintain, and update comprehensive competitive intelligence and comparisons.
Aggregate and synthesize customer and prospect feedback from a variety of sources including sales, customer success, product, design, customer reviews, and external forums.
Collect reviews, testimonials, and case studies showcasing Azibo’s value to customers and appropriately deploy throughout various channels (email, website, sales collateral etc).

What We’ll Need From You:

3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related function for SaaS products
Exceptional writing skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience coordinating/managing projects in cross-functional teams and with many different internal stakeholders
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to synthesize and uplevel so that communications or materials are at the right level of detail
Ability to craft compelling value propositions for complex features/products
Ability to intimately learn and understand products with large surface areas spanning multiple different complex functions (payments, banking, insurance, real estate etc).
Oral presentation skills are a plus
Expertise with Hubspot a big plus *not required
Expertise with Pendo a plus *not required
Experience with project management tools like Shortcut or Asana (we use Shortcut)
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role
The ability to roll with the punches and be comfortable with ambiguity (we’re a start-up after all!)

What’s In It For You:

Compensation range for this role is $110,000 – $140,000
