Our Opportunity

Fetch Package is strategically expanding its marketing team! We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and resourceful Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to develop and execute strategies for go-to-market (GTM). As Fetch Package expands and diversifies its services and solutions, we want an innovative mind to help us succeed in all GTM efforts. As the lead for these new growth initiatives, you’ll play a vital role in the continuous success of our new product launches.

This is an individual contributor role where you’ll be the roll-up-your-sleeves kind of contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for driving projects forward yourself as well as collaborating closely with colleagues throughout the process. While leadership is valued, the focus here is on individual execution and expertise, not managing a team.

In this fast-paced startup environment, and on day one, you’ll need to jump into work eagerly. An effective PMM will immediately begin tactical work to achieve short-term project progress while also working on strategy and planning to continue that success long-term. You’ll have the support you need to succeed, but your initiative will mostly drive your achievements.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage product positioning, customer-facing messaging, and branding:
Clearly identify and define target customer personas, ICPs, unique value propositions, and optimal messaging frameworks to drive engagement and adoption of all new product offerings;
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to define, execute, and optimize visual branding for various products;
Conduct market research, gather competitor intelligence, monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, execute win/loss customer interviews, and perform message testing to drive relevance and optimize messaging and positioning.
Build a comprehensive GTM strategy and successful new product launch plans:
Work in lockstep with Product Development and Marketing. Also work closely with Customer Experience, Client Success, Sales, and relevant internal and external teams, including contractors and agency support for copywriting, public relations, design, paid media, and web development;
Enable partner departments with targeted content, playbooks, sales decks, and messaging to ensure consistent product messaging that we articulate through all channels, aligning and informing all customer-facing functions.
Design and execute effective targeted campaigns to drive conversion, revenue growth, and adoption:
Draft highly converting copy for paid ads, emails, landing pages, social media content, and customer-facing tools;
Develop automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and experimentation to further optimize campaign effectiveness.
Formulate product analysis and research-based recommendations to support product growth and development:
Identify new opportunities to foster growth and product improvements;
Gain a deep understanding of our resident customers’ needs and deep knowledge of the multifamily industry;
Conduct market research, client and resident feedback interviews, and analyze data to shape growth strategy.
What Success Looks Like (OKRs)
Developing a comprehensive GTM plan and executing deliverables
Generating new and better leads to increase sales performance and win rates
Increasing conversion, retention, profitability, attach rate, AOV, contribution margin, and other relevant KPIs
Optimizing the product marketing spend to drive better ROI
Improving product sales enablement

What You’ll Need:

Desire to partner closely with product and growth teams to drive the adoption of new products and services.
Organized, efficient, and able to move projects along to meet target deliverable dates.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive varied teams to consensus around GTM strategies and plans.
Comfortable working hands-on with data and performing ad-hoc analysis.
Comfortable working with mobile as a primary digital channel.
Intermediate-level working experience in B2C/B2B product marketing, delivery services, and marketplace platforms.
Experience developing positioning, segmentation, and creating and testing messaging.
Experience in compiling and leveraging first-party data and extracting insights from market intelligence.
Working knowledge of affiliate marketing models.
Experience with the following marketing technology tools:
HubSpot Marketing Hub
Salesforce
WordPress, or similar CMS tool
Digital ad platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
Sendgrid, or similar email marketing platforms
Survicate, or similar survey platforms
Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar analytics tools
ClickUp, or similar project management tool
Ahrefs, or similar SEO tool
Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar visual design + content creation tools
Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive, Meet, etc.)
