Description
As a Product Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth for our Captivate suite of Automated speech-to-text closed captioning solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of product marketing, including market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and campaign execution.
Please note, this is a part-time, temporary intern position.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing activities within the speech-to-text and closed captioning sectors. Compile and present findings to the Marketing team.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and product collateral, focused on Captivate. Ensure content aligns with product messaging and brand guidelines.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for Captive ASR captions and Machine Translation. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Product Launches: Support the execution of product launches, including creating launch materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback, understand their needs, and communicate product value propositions related to speech-to-text and closed captioning.
- Sales Enablement: Help develop sales tools and materials, such as product demos, presentations, and training resources, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
If You Want To Join Our Journey, You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
- Interest in technology, especially speech-to-text and closed captioning solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Our compensation for the role is $18-$20/hour and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
