Ring’s Marketing team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our organization to drive the product and services marketing strategy.

Key job responsibilities
You, as one of the most visible product marketing managers at Ring, will be asked to:
- Work at defining the product marketing vision, positioning, and value propositions, then turn it into a world class customer experience in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Define, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing product initiatives including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch marketing strategy.
- Partner closely with our Insights, Category, User Research and Product teams to understand consumer needs and the broader competitive landscape as inputs to product strategy.
- Generate innovative marketing and communication ideas.
- Create impactful launch, lifecycle, and product end of life strategies.
- Represent the product and business by clearly articulating and enabling the value of our offerings.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience in defining product positioning for existing portfolio and new product launches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
