Who You Are

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker to serve as a Product Marketing Campaign Strategist, responsible for developing and executing integrated messaging and marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product and sales campaign development and optimization across multiple channels, including websites, social media, advertising, email, direct mail, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Create tailored campaigns with targeted messaging that supports lead generation efforts, influences decision-making, and drives conversions across multiple touch points.
  • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to optimize both content and campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and campaign timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct messaging and campaign audits to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for new content and campaign initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing messaging best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and effective storytelling across all campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines in all marketing communications and content.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing campaign management.
  • Proven experience in developing persuasive messaging and content that drives conversions and supports sales objectives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve content and campaign performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating and managing campaigns for B2B brands, especially in the financial industry.
  • Ability to create messaging that supports sales enablement initiatives, including presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and the ability to develop marketing assets that target different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation.
