The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts for Laserfiche products to effectively communicate our story to the world. This role involves working across various functions and departments to bring Laserfiche software to life. As an evangelist for Laserfiche products, the associate will engage with teammates, customers, prospects, and partners.

About the Role – Essential Functions
Collaborate with teams throughout Laserfiche to support product positioning and messaging to drive value and awareness in marketing initiatives, including messaging, branding, PR, demand generation, and inbound marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including creating marketing messaging, developing product-related content, and influencing event strategy.
Conduct global market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new positioning strategies, competitive analysis, and integration with existing plans.
Create and implement global go-to-market plans for new and updated components of Laserfiche’s product suite.
Develop sales enablement tools such as presentations, value propositions, competitive battlecards, and training materials.
Advocate for end users by educating both internal and external stakeholders on product requirements, market segment features and benefits, and market opportunities.
Present and speak both internally and externally, including assisting sales on calls when appropriate.
Conduct site visits, interviews, and win-loss analysis calls with prospective and existing customers and partners.
About You – Essential Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, segmentation research, and go-to-market strategy support.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technology innovation and solution development in process automation and digital transformations.
Good understanding of business practices within the SaaS industry.
Ability to foster relationships with executive-level prospects and partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience working in software, SaaS, or other technology sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM preferred.
Experience in WordPress website updates preferred.
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
Range: $80,000 – $105,000 per year
