About Payments:Maverick Payments is a family-owned and privately held full-service payment provider. Located in Calabasas, California, Maverick has created innovative technology designed for sales organizations, such as ISO’s and ISV’s, looking to monetize payments by reselling our white-labeled payments stack. Our payment products include merchant acquiring services, a proprietary gateway, ACH processing, fraud & chargeback tools, analytics, and other value-add services. Maverick’s team includes underwriting, risk management, compliance & legal, technology & product development, on-boarding, customer support, information technology, and more.
About the Position:Under the direction of the Product Manager,
Product Marketing
High School Diploma Or Equivalent. College Degree Preferred.3-4 Years Of Demonstrated Experience In Technical Product Marketing, Technical Product Management, Sales Engineering, Or Similar Roles.Superior Written And Oral Communications Skills With The Ability To Explain Complex Concepts Clearly For a Variety Of Audiences.Proficiency With MS Office Suite.Proficiency With LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Or Similar Social Marketing ToolsAdept With Providing Online Support Via Screenshare And Online Meeting Software.Proficiency With Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop), Figma And Similar Design Tools.Ability To Successfully Build Relationships And Collaborate With Geographically Dispersed Teams.You Possess Excellent Organizational Skills And Strong Follow-through.Works On-site At Company’s Calabasas Office.What We Offer:
will support the product department’s day-to-day activities by being responsible for product development, communication, training maintenance, and oversight, enhancing customer and partner satisfaction.Acting as resident subject matter expert (SME) for all products.Strong understanding of Agent/ISO processes for setup and pricing merchant services.Tracking KPIs to ensure observation of operational policies and procedures and exercising independent judgment and discretion to enhance delivery of service standards/levels, within Company parameters.Create and deliver product demos to illustrate Tenable capabilities, differentiators, and benefits for practitioners.Work with customers and partners to understand their needs and illustrate product capabilities and value.Collaborating with management, sales, marketing, advertising, and product team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.Shaping and supporting the goals and strategies for various marketing campaigns.Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project.Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission.Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, adjusting or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.Create technical product marketing materials, including videos, white papers, presentations, web content, and more used for internal and external product education.Reinforcing and maintaining a customer-focused collaborative team culture to always exceed both customer and Maverick’s goals with integrity and professionalism.Creating, updating, and maintaining materials/decks related to products.Supporting organizational tasks and projects on an as-needed basisSupporting specialized projects on an as-needed basis as directed by Department or Company leadership.Qualifications:
