Position Summary

Reporting to the Physician Organization (PO) Growth Marketing Manager, the PO Acquisition Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and management of PO marketing strategies and initiatives to acquire new patients to facilitate growing patient volume and revenue. This role will execute end to end performance-based PO marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and partnerships to drive traffic to the website and increase conversion in the sales funnel for both patients and referring physicians.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with the development and implementation of customer acquisition plans.
  • Under the direction of the PO Growth Marketing Manager and/or the Assistant Director of PO Marketing, will facilitate of acquisition PO marketing campaigns
  • Online and offline channels including search, display, social, programmatic TV/radio, electronic direct marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Develop and present business cases outlining program strategy, costs, expected return, test design and results.
  • Gather and use marketing intelligence, customer insight, and analysis to understand audiences and the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Understand and report against the engagement program KPls.
  • Challenge existing processes and lead in driving improvements in data/campaign processes. Evaluate trends and competitor data to implement and execute industry best practices to continuously improve our programs.
  • Work with key stakeholders across institution and agency partners to find improvements to the campaigns.
  • Use a “test and learn” approach to campaigns to ensure continued success.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. Consult with key stakeholders on adoption and execution of third-party platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Experience

  • 3+ years in a marketing and advertising role.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector (public health agencies, non-profits, health care institutions or agencies) a plus.
  • Experience creating and implementing marketing strategies at various stages in the marketing funnel.
  • Experience with search marketing vendors and tools.
