We are seeking a talented B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive our company’s lead generation, brand awareness, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Implement B2B marketing strategies:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target audiences and growth opportunities.
  • Implement brand messaging and positioning for our B2B solutions.
  • Implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Manage marketing campaigns:

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Develop compelling content (case studies, white papers, blog posts) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Database development and maintenance

Data analysis and reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Chief Growth Officer to identify and address business needs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Manage the company website and webinar series.
  • Improve the look and design of marketing materials (PPT Materials, Sales Sheets, Case Studies, and Other Marketing Materials)
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices
  • Ensure company-wide branding consistency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Healthcare experience, preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Graphic design skills, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter
  • Ability to travel as needed.
