Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, preferably supporting software related businesses, along with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, managing workflows, and optimizing lead nurturing processes. The candidate will have experience across various channels such as content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our company’s marketing initiatives, implementing strategies to attract and engage prospects, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Location – Remote, U.S.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing HubSpot’s suite of tools to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Manage content creation initiatives, including collaborating with external partners such as content agencies, freelance writers, designers, and videographers, to create compelling content aligned with target audience interests and needs.
Create, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized content delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, aligned with target audience interests and needs.
Analyze and interpret data from HubSpot analytics and other relevant sources to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the company’s HubSpot database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and hygiene, while adhering to best practices for lead management and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to inbound marketing, marketing automation, and HubSpot platform updates, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance marketing performance.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and workflows to ensure alignment and proficiency across the organization.
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of landing pages, forms, and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and improve user experience.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials to support business development efforts and enhance brand positioning.
Manage overall marketing administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, maintaining marketing databases, handling general inquiries, managing communication channels, coordinating events, ordering supplies, managing expenses, and assisting and developing content.
Manage all conference-related activities, such as ordering materials, coordinating conference logistics, and providing support for conference setup. Approximately 10% of time is dedicated to administrative and conference-related responsibilities, with flexibility to increase up to 20% during busy conference seasons.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience working in marketing roles with a focus on inbound marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation.
Hubspot experience is a must
Proven experience and proficiency with HubSpot’s marketing automation platform, including HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance in database management and segmentation.
Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and marketing automation.
HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
Familiarity with AI marketing use cases is considered a strong advantage.
Government tech experience is considered a strong advantage, including familiarity with government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and working with government agencies or contractors.
