About the job

AllSTEM Connections is looking for a talented Graduate Civil Structural Engineer with one of our prestigious client based out at Houston, TX. This is an onsite opportunity.

Salary range: $90K – $120K

Years of experience: 4+yrs

Candidates with a technical background (mandatory) / environmental background a plus.

  • Organize, market and host technical webinars.
  • 1-hour webinars are typically given on a weekly basis by one of our engineers. The responsibility includes everything regarding these webinars in order that the presenter only needs to present. Marketing these would be through our CRM database in MailChimp.
  • Draft and distribute a biweekly newsletter to our database.
  • Maintain the contact database in MailChimp.
  • Develop strategies to increase quality contacts in the contact database.
  • Proofread and post press releases on a case-by-case basis.
  • Support the sales team by preparing presentations and hosting client Teams meetings.
  • Proof read and format proposals prepared in PowerPoint and word
  • Ensure the company’s website is always up to date when new company developments warrant it, using our current outsourced web development specialists. (New website is currently under construction)
  • Ensure brand adherence and consistency throughout the company’s external communications.
  • Maintain the company’s LinkedIn page.
  • Perform LinkedIn campaigns by creating weekly posts and expanding followers.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Significant experience in working with Microsoft Teams
  • Significant experience in working with Mailchimp.
