As our Marketing Specialist, you will work collaboratively to develop marketing materials, digital creative and website assets to promote engagement with our brands for people to find their own unique adventure in the great outdoors.

What you will do:

  • Consult and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing communications materials and tactics, ensuring they support the brands and organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors to track projects, advertising deadlines and sales promotions and ensure timelines are met.
  • Create marketing communications, and graphically design various marketing materials such as brochures, emails, consumer giveaways, and digital assets.
  • Execute sales related marketing communications and promotions such as sales literature, sales tools, packaging, product information, price lists and catalogs.
  • Assist in planning and executing the logistics of trade shows, events, seminars, photo/video shoots and partner with related vendors.
  • Review efficiency, value and impact of marketing initiatives and make recommendations on potential improvements.
  • Maintain digital asset management resources for efficient distribution to internal and external partners.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, including creating and executing marketing communications and graphics, and event planning.
  • Strong experience managing outside vendors, independent contractors, and agencies nationwide. Experience overseeing usage rights/licensing of media for photography, videography, fonts, etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Asset Creation (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator).
  • Comfortable working in a lean and fast-paced environment
