YOUR ROLE:
- Management of both internal and external communications including template development, management of contact lists, and cataloging historic communications.
- Management of Henkel/Loctite local partnerships and sponsorships.
- Assistance and coordination of regional sales events including but not limited to site management, collateral, invites, samples and materials.
- Management and reporting of distributor fund reconciliation monthly.
- Maintenance and communication of sales territory lists.
- Management of branded merchandise and assets including PO creation and inventory management.
- Assistance with mobile marketing management (scheduling and operational budget).
- Assistance with the management and reporting for marketing and sales samples.
- Support for the marketing team with financial administrative tasks.
- Support with special projects working with the commercial team.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing preferred but not required.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable).
- Strong computer skills especially with MS Office, Adobe.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools preferred (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, etc).
The salary for this role is $60,000 – $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
