About the opportunity:
As a Sales-Oriented Marketing Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Your role will involve leveraging your marketing expertise to generate leads, support sales efforts, and maximize ROI across various platforms, including LinkedIn, our website, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, our website, email, and digital advertising, to generate leads and drive sales conversions;
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing to create targeted marketing materials and initiatives that align with sales objectives and messaging;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies;
Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track leads, manage campaigns, measure performance, and optimize ROI;
Create compelling content for sales collateral, presentations, social media posts, blog articles, website content, and other digital marketing channels;
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, A/B testing strategies, and optimizing for maximum impact and results.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
Proven experience in sales-oriented marketing roles, with a track record of driving lead generation, sales growth, and digital marketing success, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms and engage with audiences effectively;
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement, with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools;
Strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to marketing and sales, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
