Description

Join our dynamic Direct to Consumer (DTC) team as a Marketing Programs Manager, where you will build strong customer relationships and maximize the impact of marketing partnerships. This position involves driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through strategic partnerships and a thriving membership program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop marketing partnerships across multiple channels, identifying new opportunities and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the My Membership Program, including member engagement initiatives, rewards program development, and communication strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as Content/Design, Consumer Marketing, and Merchant teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Partner with the analytics team to establish robust reporting structures for marketing partnerships and the membership program, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing partnerships (e.g., affiliate programs, group discounts).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
