Position Overview:

  • As a Marketing Business Operations Analyst, you will report to the Global Head of Marketing Business Operations and play a pivotal role in analyzing enterprise business for the company
  • Working closely with field marketing teams, you will deliver insights on how marketing impacts the sales cycle and contribute to the growth of the enterprise business.
  • Global role, potentially accommodating EMEA and APAC timezones.
  • Fully remote position with no onsite requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team overseeing our Marketing’s business contribution, focusing on the health of our Marketing Pipe and the effectiveness of the Direct-to-Paid GTM motion and Self-service.
  • Lead Executive Councils for Business Operations, identifying areas of risk and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Self-Service acquisition teams and Product leaders to maximize Direct-to-Paid customer experiences and results.
  • Work with Web Strategy, Product, and Data Engineering teams to develop a Self-Service and Slack dashboard for ACV indicators.
  • Establish strong partnerships, prioritize roadmaps, and mentor team members.
  • Create and manage Self-Service Attribution model.
  • Lead the Analytics transition from descriptive to predictive analytics.
  • Share and influence Salesforce’s company-wide Self-Service GTM approach based on Slack expertise.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in Data Analytics, BI, and Data Science.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and commitment to delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business constraints.

Technologies/Tools Used:

  • Tableau, Python/R, SQL.
  • Data visualization and pipeline tools.
