CWC is seeking an experienced marketing manager to develop, execute and manage Omni marketing strategies including web marketing, email, social media, trade shows, PR and other sources to drive traffic and generate sales at CWC.

You will own the strategy and execution of online advertising, PPC strategy, SEO, and other online channels. You’ve optimized Google Ad other ad campaigns for years, have a sharp mind for metrics, and a keen insight into customer conversion. You should be comfortable crafting campaigns from the high-level strategy down to detailed execution and be able to constantly come up with new ideas. You will take initiative, measure results and learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Duties, Activities & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Works with stakeholders to develop and execute customer and market-facing plans, campaigns, materials, and events to support product and sales revenue goals, development milestones
  • Develops and stewards CWC corporate and product brands and aligns stakeholders on branding, messaging, and content
  • Plan, develop and manage online, event , and print promotional campaigns in line with marketing plans
  • Brainstrorm new and creative digital and print campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Responsibility for product brand management
  • Collaborate and work directly with design agencies and other vendor partners
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with outside vendors
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Create and manage budgets associated with each of these activities
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing all demand generating functions for new CWC products
  • Responsible for managing and creating all visual branding
  • Identify opportunities for organizational process improvements
  • Collaborate with management and engineers to implement new product lines and product improvements based on market feedback
  • Create content and collaborate with designers to support marketing efforts including press releases, white papers, brochures, email announcements and videos
  • Measure and validate campaign effectiveness and ROI in addition to SEO and SEM results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2+ years in marketing
  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • Passionate about consumer hardware
  • Native English speaking level
  • Strong visual orientation and communication skills
  • Background in B2B marketing
  • Strong computer skills
  • Some web design experience a plus
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple mediums
  • Adaptability to new challenges and environments
  • Self-starter who can develop and enact effective processes to streamline tasks
  • A curiosity for technology and learning new things
