Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for Pinnacle Biologics & Advanz Pharma, U.S. to include promoting and advertising pharmaceutical products
- Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
- Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics
- Provide assistance to the General Manager in aligning with the company’s strategic priorities and expansion/business acceleration plans.
- Periodically engage in field visits and conduct observations alongside Regional Business Managers during their interactions with designated Healthcare Professions and institutions within their respective territories.
- Integrate and clarify marketing and selling strategies, enhance execution and maximize return on investment.
- Work cross-functionally with other Pinnacle Biologics departments to create, implement and optimize all necessary sales support initiatives.
- Provide support to the Pinnacle Medical Team reactively whenever necessary.
- Provide accurate and complete reporting data on all assigned and required compliance programs and any other ad hoc projects/tasks allocated by line manager as required to meet business needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to ADVANZ PHARMA’s compliance framework, which encompasses policies, procedures, guidance materials, as well as national and state legal mandates related to healthcare compliance, to be upheld consistently.

For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree (MBA, MA, etc) in business or life Sciences
- 4 Year Degree in business, life sciences or other relevant subject
Experience & Competences:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmaceutical product manager
- Minimum 5 years experience on a pharmaceutical or medical device company brand team
- Minimum 2 years pharma/device marketing experience in oncology
- Proven aptitude for understanding highly technical data/materials
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to key audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct effective training.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Expert knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Expert knowledge of human respiratory system
- Expert knowledge of lung cancer and related malignancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence
- Possess and maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the Company
- Willing and able to submit to various hospital credentialing requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Possess and maintain a valid U.S. Passport
