Marketing Manager
Amigo Mobility International, Inc. was founded in 1968 with the mission of Improving Lives Through Mobility®. Since then, Amigo Mobility has grown to include multiple product lines that provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of diverse markets. Most of our sales are business to business, but some marketing projects are for B2C markets.
The Marketing Manager is a creative, optimistic, confident leader who has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team.
The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing to meet company targets. This position will work closely with our sales team, driving collaboration. Our marketing team works hard to help diversify and grow our company for the next 50 years while supporting our mission of Improving Lives Through Mobility®.
32 – 40 hours a week
Job Duties
- Create and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- Work closely with in-house graphic designer and marketing/PR coordinator to advance new ideas and projects.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Set and control the budget for the marketing department.
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee department goals and projects.
- Initiate new ideas and strategies.
- Manage public relations.
- Edit and write newsletters, blog posts and website content.
- Coordinate and meet often with other departments such as sales, engineering, and customer service to help fulfill their marketing requests and needs.
- Manage contracts and projects for outside marketing agencies, advertising representatives and vendors.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years marketing experience
- Management experience preferred
- B2B marketing with experience in industrial or manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Editing and copywriting in AP Style
- Google and social media advertising experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
- Some experience with the Adobe Suite
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Experience with an enewsletter program, Constant Contact preferably
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Strong organization skills with the ability to complete projects by deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – in person, phone, and email
