This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.
The Summer 2024 program will run June 3rd – August 9th, 2024. Virtual onboarding activities will also take place May 29th -31st, 2024.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our Woonsocket, RI work location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. For this role, housing may be provided to those that live more than 50 miles from the assigned work location.
The hourly rate is $55 per hour with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Please disregard the range listed.

During this internship, you will own 1-2 strategic projects that support our retail marketing division and are focused on developing a marketing strategy to showcase your ability to leverage consumer insights, market trends, and internal data to determine addressable/attainable business opportunities and translate them into an effective marketing plan.
Work visa sponsorship is available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Required Qualifications
– Meet educational requirements (see education section)
– 2-5+ years’ work-related experience in marketing, consulting, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
– Be interested in the way marketing impacts consumer behavior and drives business results
– Have leadership experience. Examples may include project leadership, workplace responsibilities, active roles in student/social organization activities, or sports
– Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
– Previous consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience preferred but not required
– Demonstrated ability to utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python
Education
– Currently pursuing a Master’s or MBA degree in Marketing
– Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2024 and August 2025
