Who We Want

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing, and a proven track record of building and growing impactful brands. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee our creative, social media, and digital marketing teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand recognition and customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of creative, social media, and digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set marketing goals and KPIs, and regularly report on performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of compelling, on-brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Champion a customer-centric marketing approach, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the needs and preferences of our target audience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry influencers, organizations, and media outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Job Type:Full-time, Exempt (Non-Exempt)

Salary:$120,000 – $150,000 per year
