Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dental Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our leadership team, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand, drive patient engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of our healthcare organization. Salary $85,000-$100,000 based on experience. Dental experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-impact marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing and Technology:
- Lead the organization’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, online advertising, and website optimization.
- Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance patient engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
- Performance Measurement:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives.

- Budget Management:

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
