Job Description
The Market Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for each one of our markets (US, PR, GUAM, VI), including coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, you will analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends to provide valuable insights that contribute to the development of informed marketing strategies. This position shares the responsibility to meet the BU’s annual sales and margin forecast by increasing transactions by 15% in aggregate.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns at the store and market level. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, creating compelling marketing materials while also monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Campaign Coordination: Manages and executes marketing campaigns and in-store events specific to each market, including ROPs (newspaper), circulars, radio, YouTube ads, social media posts and any in-store promotional activities
- Social Media Management: Creates successful social media campaigns online to grow the brand’s audience; manages social media platforms for each store, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement; monitors adherence to the Social Media guidelines for all external communications
- Analytics and Reporting: Measures the success of local marketing efforts; shares results and makes recommendations for optimization
- Manages Marketing Materials: Oversees print, online and social media content from design, updates, and communication; coordinates and manages the production of marketing collateral, such as ROPs, brochures, flyers, and promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines, including contracts and payment to vendors
- Marketing research: Stays up-to-date on each market’s trends and competitive landscape; works directly with the stores by having weekly calls to get feedback and react as necessary
- Strategy Development: Works closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams to understand the business by market and build and manage a local marketing strategy and calendar to meet the business objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities and a passion for marketing
- Ability to research new business ideas and make well thought-out recommendations
- Experience in digital and in-store marketing and merchandising environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and analytical skills a must
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to travel
