Job Description
As the Marketing Coordinator, your presence will have a significant and immediate effect on the entire marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth operation of the marketing team and assist in the execution of routine marketing processes. The Marketing Operations team will enhance the efficiency of the entire department by managing crucial tasks and deliverables that contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Team across different functions. As a marketing coordinator, you will take ownership of these regularly scheduled tasks, ensuring their completion with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards.
Role & Responsibility
- Publish content into digital content management systems, email marketing systems, and photo and video asset management systems
- Export, edit, and upload contact lists into email marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Handle financial purchase order (PO) and invoice entry in Oracle, maintaining accurate records and assisting with budget tracking
- Monitor and provide support for marketing operations inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries
- Maintain organization and regular upkeep of files within marketing systems, project management tools, and Microsoft suite of tools
- Manage photo and video assets, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization, adapting to various roles and tasks as required by the marketing operations team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing team’s operations by streamlining processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation for regular tasks, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Travel requirement: Less than 10%
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and seamlessly switch between them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and above-average computer skills
