This position is hybrid based out of our Downton Chicago, IL Office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives through impactful content creation, project management, and social media engagement. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling content and managing marketing projects while maintaining strong organizational skills.
Your impact:
- Contribute to the development of written content for one-sheeters, presentations, quarterly updates, and social media posts
- Assist in the development of sales enablement and client management resources including business review presentations, marketing presentations, and sales materials
- Project Manage development and execution of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Marketing Reporting & Updates – Industry Updates, Commodity Forecasts, Market Report, and Market Alerts etc.
- Assist in creating a range of graphic materials including infographics, one-sheeters, presentations, ads, and social media graphics
- Work with the Events team to design and develop custom graphics and branding materials for multiple events throughout the year
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Graphic Design, or relevant experience
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Ability to stay organized and effectively manage a long list of priorities efficiently
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and other design software preferred
- Produce knowledge/experience preferred
- Food/Restaurant/Hospitality experience preferred
