Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our marketing strategies. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in achieving our marketing goals.

Job Requirements:

Must have a background in analytics and reporting – Advanced Excel required
Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
2 years experience working with marketing performance KPIs including ability to report findings
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task is a must
Media buying experience preferred
Experience with email marketing and market research analysis
Creative thinker – ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, marketing, math related field

Job Responsibilities:

Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics across all marketing channels, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation, deployment, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
