Position Overview: Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As the Marketing Coordinator at Digilock, you will be pivotal in executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. We’re looking for a detail and process-oriented person who is curious, excited to test and iterate, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including the Digilock website, social media, email, etc. This includes writing blog posts, articles, case studies, and press releases.
Digital Marketing: Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and providing optimization insights for marketing campaigns across various platforms and our global offices.
Social Media Management: Work with agency partners to establish and maintain a consistent social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers and business partners, and monitoring industry trends and conversations.
Email Marketing: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking, ensuring emails are optimized for deliverability and engagement.
Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual events such as trade shows or webinars.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness and overall performance, including preparing monthly reports or dashboards to share results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2+ years experience in Marketing; preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing tools, programs, and platforms like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Microsoft Suite etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions
Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
Collaborative and proactive with a strong ability to work across departments
Compensation:
$31.00 – 34.00 an Hour
