You are the go-to person for the AP® & CTE Product Marketing team! Bringing strong organization skills and energy, you provide support across critical projects and initiatives for the Marketing and Sales teams.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Advanced Placement® & Career and Technical Education marketing team with various projects. The incumbent will build a strong personal knowledge of products and systems and use that to support Product Marketing Managers to help sales teams drive business.

What you’ll do here:

Product Marketing Support

  • Support marketing by assisting with projects by writing copy, collecting images and assets, and collaborating with digital marketing and creative services.
  • Manage marketing project logistics from inception to execution, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, connections to objectives, and data measurement.
  • Support campaigns, sales enablement efforts, presentation and collateral development, and other projects.
  • Planning, coordinating, and budget tracking for events. Including participation in registration and in-booth engagement activities at industry and customer events, including webinars.

Sales and Marketing Data Organization

  • Generate and distribute campaign result reports to promote data-driven decision-making by the Marketing team.
  • Participate in the Product Marketing Forms (PMF) process that supplies up-to-date and accurate content for customer facing websites.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries on product and ISBN information, ensuring questions can then be answered via self-service in the vPlaybook.
  • Ensure all ISBN and product information is correct and flows correctly to the website and CRM.

Sales Enablement

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality assurance, timeliness, consistency, and completeness of the sales vPlaybook.
  • Build and maintain FAQ to include responses to product inquiries and resources for sales prospecting, qualifying, and customer retention.

Skills you will need here:

  • A post-secondary degree/diploma is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, project-management, and creative skills – with an ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Drive for results. “Can-do” attitude and persistence.
  • Interpersonal Savvy.
  • Outstanding communication skills along with the capacity to work within corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Basic digital literacy and MS office (Word, Excel, PPT specifically) required.
  • Professionalism balanced with a fun attitude and sense of humor!

Base Pay Range

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$35,200.00 – $56,300.00 USD
