IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Gentherm Medical is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives by coordinating various marketing activities, managing projects, and assisting in the development of creative content. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about healthcare and marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing initiatives with the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Independently coordinate our attendance at tradeshows, marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating agendas, and ordering marketing collateral
- Coordinate product, event, or general digital marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with the marketing team and graphic designers to ensure marketing materials are on brand and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs and calendars, including blogs and public relations efforts.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and handling budget tracking
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the marketing department
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including copywriting and proofreading)
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions
- Flexible, adaptable, team-oriented work style
- Intermediate skill level or above in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical device/healthcare marketing experience
- Familiarity with marketing technology (CRM, marketing automation platforms, Canva, survey tools, etc.)
- Experience with social media, video production and/or design
